How It Works

Contract Offer Extraction

A marketplace that streamlines offer preparation and submission — structured uploads, auto-populated contracts, and a buyer dashboard for tracking through final acceptance.

How It Works

Offer Review and Negotiation

Sellers get a dashboard to track listings, monitor offer activity, and review analytics in one place. When offers come in, they can negotiate terms, accept, and move straight to closing.

Understanding the Real Estate Tech Landscape

Understanding the Real Estate Tech Landscape

Exploring the competitive landscape, we examined digital tools like Zillow and Redfin and identified a gap post property discovery — documenting that journey and its processes.

Design Challenge

How might we create a single platform to Buy and Sell real estate, encompassing all aspects of the transaction?

Design & develop an MVP product offering.

Our team worked together to strategize around what would excite our users.

MVP product offering

When we began this process we saw an opportunity to take real estate transactions directly to consumers — the TurboTax of real estate.

Through early discovery we realized the value agents have for the security of buyers and sellers during one of the biggest transactions of their lives, and also in developing a strong user base. From this we pivoted, making agents the primary stakeholders as the product developed — with the hope to eventually iterate toward a more D2C product.
